1.EVA止水帶是以高分子樹脂為主要原料，經(jīng)特殊工藝加工擠出成型的一種新型止水材料。它與防水板焊接后形成了混凝土構(gòu)筑物迎水面**道止水防線，對于混凝土變形縫滲漏的預防至關(guān)重要。EVA止水帶的選取用應考慮到與襯砌混凝土用防水板的焊接固定，應選用與防水板分子結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)相同的塑料止水帶，近年來國內(nèi)防水板的種類主要分為EVA、ECB、PE、HDPE等幾種材質(zhì)，我公司以各種不同防水板為載體，在原有PVC塑料止水帶生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，又先后開發(fā)成功了一系列高分子樹脂止水帶，能滿足各種工程的不同需求，施工簡便、成本適中，是一各理想的新型防水材料。

EVA waterstop used should be taken into account and lining concrete with fixed welding waterproof board, should use the same molecular structure and properties of waterproof board plastic waterstop in recent years, the domestic type of waterproof board is divided into several EVA, ECB, PE, HDPE and other materials, our company with different kinds of waterproof board as the carrier in the original PVC, the plastic waterstop production basis, and has successfully developed a series of polymer resin water stop, to meet the different needs of various projects, the construction is simple, the cost is moderate, is the ideal of a new waterproof material.

2.EVA止水帶適用范圍：可應用在任何地面或地下建筑，形成一道長久而堅固的隔水屏障，特別適用于儲水和擋水的結(jié)構(gòu)，例如水庫、污水池、水壩、地鐵、隧道擋水墻等。

3.EVA止水帶注意事項：用戶在施工過程中，由于混凝土中有許多尖角的石子和鋼筋，操作時要注意避免對塑料止水帶造成機械損傷。在定位塑料止水帶時，要使其與混凝土界面貼合平整，不能出現(xiàn)止水帶翻轉(zhuǎn)、扭曲等現(xiàn)象，否則應及時進行調(diào)正。在澆筑固定止水帶時，應防止止水帶發(fā)生偏移，影響止水效果。止水帶接頭可利用粘接、熱焊接等方法，保證接頭牢固。澆注混凝土過程中要注意充分震搗，以達到止水帶和混凝土充分結(jié)合。

The joint of the water stop belt can be firmly secured by bonding and heat welding. In the process of pouring concrete, attention should be paid to the full shock and tamping so as to achieve the full combination of the water stopping belt and the concrete.
